We arrange arrival time and team access with the venue to prepare everything before guests arrive.
Appropriately sized setup
Sound and lighting are chosen according to the audience, dimensions, spaces and program. The proposal confirms the equipment.
Setup and testing
We install the booked equipment and test sound, microphones, playback and lighting before the event starts.
On-site operation
A professional in charge of operation attends the party and stays in coordination with the wedding planner or organizer.
Alternatives for unexpected issues
Planning considers possible failures and the backup equipment available for the project. Resources and alternatives are agreed in the proposal.
Agreed dismantling arrangements
Equipment removal follows the times and access arrangements agreed with the venue, respecting the plans for the end of the event.

What services does CSOM offer?+
CSOM provides DJ, professional sound, dance floor lighting, lasers, equipment and LED dance floors, according to the package, venue and proposal. Additional features can be considered in the Custom package.
Does the DJ service include sound and lighting?+
The combination varies by package. Bronze includes DJ and sound; Silver and Gold add lighting and equipment. The proposal confirms every item.
How do I choose the right setup for my event?+
Send the date, address, guest count, duration, spaces and venue photos. The team assesses sound coverage, dance area, access and desired features.
Does CSOM serve weddings in different São Paulo neighborhoods?+
Yes. We serve São Paulo City and Greater São Paulo, subject to availability for the date and address. Send your wedding venue to receive a proposal.
Is the LED dance floor included in the packages?+
The LED dance floor is optional. Ask about dimensions and availability for your venue; selected items are listed in the proposal.
