HOW IT WORKS
A party inspired by movies, an era, a music genre or a costume concept can take very different directions. Tell CSOM what the theme means to you: an arrival soundtrack, recognizable songs for special moments or themed music throughout the party.
Then agree on how much room other styles will have on the dance floor. This decision distinguishes a themed arrival atmosphere from a party entirely devoted to the theme. Sound and lighting are assessed for the venue; decorations, set design and costumes are not part of the DJ service by association.
Theme and equipment are separate choices: the music is personalized; equipment depends on the package, venue and proposal. Decorations and set design should be arranged separately.
SPECIFIC PLANNING
A movie-themed party can focus on instrumental soundtracks during arrivals or familiar songs on the dance floor. Send examples and explain your desired mood; inspiration images alone do not define the music.
Arrivals can have their own music while people chat and explore the venue. Agree on when that atmosphere ends and whether a song will mark the dance floor opening.
If there is an entrance, performance or contest, provide the order, approximate duration and starting cue. Music can accompany these moments without assuming the DJ will also host or organize the activity.
Decide whether other decades or styles can be included later. The theme can remain present in selected songs while the DJ works with the host's preferences and dance floor participation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No. The concept can appear only during arrivals or special entrances. On the dance floor, you can agree to include other styles. Explain whether you want a fully themed party or simply references throughout the celebration.
You can send it as a reference. Say when you plan to use each track and which version you want. Some work better as background or entrance music than for dancing; that choice is part of the planning.
If there is a contest or game, say who will lead the activity and which songs or announcements are needed. The DJ's involvement is agreed with you and described in the proposal.
Tell us your desired colors so we can assess what the package equipment allows. Dance floor lighting does not automatically mean decorative lighting throughout the venue. The proposal should clearly state which areas will be covered.
They are not automatically included. This booking covers DJ, sound and lighting as specified in the proposal. If you have other suppliers, send the planned venue layout to check the area reserved for equipment and dancing.
