PRIVACY AND TRANSPARENCY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026.
This policy explains how CSOM — DJ, Sound and Lighting handles information submitted by visitors to csom.com.br.
1. Data we may collect
The quick quote requests the event type, date and city. The email contact form requests your name, email address, phone number and event type; the date, venue and message are optional. This data is sent to contato@csom.com.br to respond to your request. When you continue via WhatsApp, information provided in the conversation is also processed by CSOM to respond to your request. The website uses Google Analytics to obtain aggregated data about visits, traffic sources and interactions with contact buttons.
2. Purposes
- respond to information and quote requests;
- plan the appropriate setup for the event described;
- measure website performance and improve its pages;
- protect the website against misuse.
3. Basis and sharing
Data is processed to fulfill the visitor's request and for legitimate interests in operating and improving the website. Information may pass through hosting and email services, Google Analytics and WhatsApp, each subject to its own policies. CSOM does not sell personal data.
4. Retention and security
Information is retained for the period necessary to respond to the contact, prepare the proposal, fulfill legal obligations and protect rights. Measures appropriate to the scale of the service are adopted to reduce unauthorized access.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction or deletion of data, where applicable. To do so, contact CSOM via WhatsApp (11) 96779-6063.
6. Cookies and measurement
The contact form uses a session cookie necessary to protect submissions. Blocking this cookie prevents form validation; in that case, you can use WhatsApp or email. The server temporarily keeps attempt counters associated with an identifier derived from the IP address, without message content, to reduce abusive submissions. The browser may also store session information and identifiers used for measurement. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; some statistics may no longer be recorded.
7. Reviews and Google Maps content
The reviews section may automatically retrieve CSOM's public rating, review count and comments through the Google Maps Platform. The request is made by CSOM's server and the access key is not shown to visitors. Content is attributed to Google Maps and the respective authors, with links to the original review. The following apply: Google Maps Platform Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Updates to this policy
This page may be updated when the website, services or legal obligations change. The most recent date will be shown at the beginning of the text.
