The pace of dinner
Share the planned times for arrivals, courses, and dessert. The music can accompany these stages, respecting speeches and moments when conversation is the focus.

A CELEBRATION YOUR WAY
For a birthday dinner, start by deciding the role of music at each stage. Do you want to welcome friends with familiar songs, hear a subtle selection during the meal, or change the atmosphere after the toast? Sharing these intentions is more useful than sending a long list without context. The DJ can organize your references into a sequence that follows the service and guests' participation.
If the dance area is also used for tables, coordinate the change in layout with the venue manager. Clarify who will move furniture and when that transition can happen. Meanwhile, music remains part of the celebration. To open the dance floor, you can choose a special song or simply invite friends to dance, without making the evening a compulsory performance.

FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION TO THE DANCE FLOOR
Share the planned times for arrivals, courses, and dessert. The music can accompany these stages, respecting speeches and moments when conversation is the focus.
Choose whether there will be a speech, music, or simply an invitation to gather. Tell us how many people will use the microphone and who will introduce the moment.
Decide where the dance floor will be and whether the space needs to change after the meal. Coordinate this movement with the venue before planning a musical opening.
Share a few essential artists and songs you prefer to avoid. Also tell us whether you want to accept guests' requests, keeping the party connected to your choices.
ITAIM BIBI
The Itaim Bibi district also includes areas such as Vila Olímpia, so the area's name alone does not identify the party address. Provide the street, number, establishment name, and reserved area. If the restaurant will be serving other customers, confirm which areas belong to the celebration and who will direct equipment access. This helps us propose service for the space actually booked.
A SETUP FOR YOUR CELEBRATION
Sound, lighting and dance floor features are sized for the audience, spaces and schedule. Setup, testing, operation and dismantling are agreed in the proposal. Planning includes alternatives for unexpected issues and the backup equipment available for the project.
Starting prices are subject to date, duration, travel and setup. Capacity depends on the space and areas covered. LED dance floors and additional items are optional; effects require venue approval.

BEFORE CONFIRMING THE DATE
This depends on the establishment's conditions and approval. Specify the reserved area and the manager's instructions so CSOM can assess sound, positioning, setup, and service duration.
Yes. The toast and birthday song can happen at different times. The key is to agree on the order, who will give the cue, and which songs or speeches need preparation for each stage.
Agree with the venue whether tables will be removed and choose someone responsible for making the area available. The DJ coordinates the musical change with that cue, following the agreed schedule.
You can specify must-play songs and general preferences. The list can also serve as a reference, leaving room to adjust the sequence to guests' responses, according to what you have agreed.
