We arrange arrival time and team access with the venue to prepare everything before guests arrive.
Appropriately sized setup
Sound and lighting are chosen according to the audience, dimensions, spaces and program. The proposal confirms the equipment.
Setup and testing
We install the booked equipment and test sound, microphones, playback and lighting before the event starts.
On-site operation
A professional in charge of operation attends the party and stays in coordination with the wedding planner or organizer.
Alternatives for unexpected issues
Planning considers possible failures and the backup equipment available for the project. Resources and alternatives are agreed in the proposal.
Agreed dismantling arrangements
Equipment removal follows the times and access arrangements agreed with the venue, respecting the plans for the end of the event.

What is CSOM's most popular package?
Silver is CSOM’s most popular package. It combines DJ, sound and lighting for parties of up to 150 people, subject to venue conditions, from R$ 1,000.
What is the difference between Silver and Custom?
Silver has a base equipment configuration. Custom starts with what your party needs: spaces, schedule, lighting style and additional items are defined in the proposal. Guest count is only one of the criteria.
Are the prices in the table final?
No. Bronze, Silver and Gold have starting prices. Address, access, duration, staffing, number of spaces and chosen equipment may change the proposal. Custom is priced on request.
Is the LED dance floor included?
The LED dance floor is optional in all packages. Ask about dimensions, availability and price for your party venue before booking.
Can Custom serve events of up to 2,000 people?
Yes. Custom can be sized for events of up to 2,000 people. Venue, number of spaces, duration, staffing and setup are confirmed in the proposal.
Are setup, testing and dismantling part of the service?
Yes. The team arranges early arrival and access, installs the booked equipment, performs tests before the event and organizes dismantling at the agreed time. The proposal defines staffing and operating conditions.
