The role of each space
Decide where people will arrive, talk, eat, and dance. Describing each area helps assess what needs music, a microphone, or lighting during the birthday party.

A CELEBRATION YOUR WAY
Marking a new decade, celebrating an achievement, or simply gathering friends may call for more than one space. Some people want to talk longer; others look forward to their first chance to dance. If that is your idea, explain how the spaces connect and where the birthday song will take place. The proposal needs to consider the areas being served, rather than treating the entire birthday party as one dance floor.
Also choose which moments should bring the whole group together. A toast can link the welcome to the party, while a special song draws friends close to the birthday person. Avoid creating two programs that compete at the same time. Coordinating the use of the spaces helps the celebration organizers and guides the choices of sound, microphones, and lighting to be confirmed for your event.

FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION TO THE DANCE FLOOR
Decide where people will arrive, talk, eat, and dance. Describing each area helps assess what needs music, a microphone, or lighting during the birthday party.
Choose the space for the birthday song and toast. Tell us whether everyone should move there and who will invite guests to gather.
Tell us whether you want the same selection in both spaces or different music at different moments. Feasibility and the resources needed must be assessed before booking.
Confirm with the venue when each room will be available. Setup and checks need to account for routes between spaces and the arrival of other suppliers.
BROOKLIN
Avenida Santo Amaro and Avenida Morumbi help locate addresses in the Brooklin area, alongside references such as Cidade Monções and Vila Cordeiro. To identify your event, send the street, number, and venue name, as well as the neighborhood listed on the invitation. If the welcome and dance floor are on different floors or in separate rooms, describe how they connect. This information affects the assessment of the music service.
A SETUP FOR YOUR CELEBRATION
Sound, lighting and dance floor features are sized for the audience, spaces and schedule. Setup, testing, operation and dismantling are agreed in the proposal. Planning includes alternatives for unexpected issues and the backup equipment available for the project.
Starting prices are subject to date, duration, travel and setup. Capacity depends on the space and areas covered. LED dance floors and additional items are optional; effects require venue approval.

BEFORE CONFIRMING THE DATE
This can be assessed, but both spaces must appear in the request and proposal. The distance, connection between areas, and schedule affect the equipment and service configuration.
That is a planning choice. Explain what you want for each space; CSOM assesses how to deliver it and what equipment that configuration would require.
Choose someone to gather the group and tell us whether an audio announcement will be needed. Microphone availability and sound coverage across rooms must be included in the booking plan.
Yes. Present the options and explain what is still undecided. Photos, guest count, and times allow an initial discussion; choosing the venue guides confirmation of the setup.
